Refund policy

Return Policy (TCG Cards & Digital Codes)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that return rules differ for physical TCG products and digital activation codes.


1. Physical Products (TCG Cards)

To protect product value and prevent tampering, we enforce a strict unopened-only return policy.

Only sealed, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for returns.

Any opened, unsealed, or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be completely unopened and unused

  • Have intact packaging, seals, and labels

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Digital Products (Activation Codes / Serial Keys)

Digital items such as activation codes are non-refundable once delivered, as they provide instant access to content.

We do not accept returns or refunds for digital products unless:

  • The code is unusable or fails to activate

  • The product contains a verified technical issue

  • The activation failure is confirmed not to be caused by customer error

If you experience an issue, please contact service@cgtcg.com with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Screenshot or evidence of activation failure

We will review the case and may issue a replacement code or refund if applicable.
