Digital Products (Activation Codes / Keys)

  • Digital codes are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or refunded once issued, due to the nature of digital content.

  • Refunds are only possible if:

    • the code is defective,

    • activation fails for reasons not caused by customer error,

    • and verification is completed by our support team.
